“ Best fried catfish I've ever had! Got a full order combo with a soda, everything was fresh and made so well. Fried catfish, hush puppies, and shrimp were crispy (not greasy or oily at all), full of flavor, and the batter didn't flake off while eating. Tarter sauce was really, really good. I'm weirdly picky about coleslaw, usually so bland and runny but it was delish here. They even offered to top my soda :) Excellent, friendly service. Highly recommend! ”

“ Came all the way from Midway, GA to visit Hot Springs, ARK. Before I even left GA I'd made up my mine to go to Bubba's. I was not disappointed. Everything was shear catfish perfection. From arriving at the counter to place my order to leaving, I didn't have a single complaint. Guy at the counter was very friendly, so was the cook. I felt waited on and catered to. More than once I was asked if I needed anything and how was everything. Catfish-best ever. Crispy fillets of fried perfection. Even gave us extra. Fries were on point. Cole Slaw was delicious. Hush puppies a little too small, but filled with corn goodness. Tartar sauce was devine. Only problem was no straw! . And need more tables. If I ever make it back to God's perfect state, I'll make it back to the perfect catfish restaurant! Thank you for a job well done ”

The young men who waited on us and served us were knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly. “ TL;DR: Bubba’s Catfish and Seafood is a small, unassuming spot with amazing food. Limited seating and parking, but 100% worth a visit—don’t miss the fried shrimp! What a cool little gem! This restaurant caught my eye as I was driving into town, and I decided to return for a late lunch—and I’m so glad I did. The place has a small amount of indoor and outdoor seating, with a few parking spots in the back, but the food more than makes up for it. I had the fried shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything about this place feels local and authentic, and it’s well worth the stop if you’re in the area! ”

One tip: eat it hot and fresh, right there at the restaurant. While the food is still great for takeout, nothing beats the flavor and texture when it’s just out of the fryer. The fries were golden and crisp, and everything tasted good. If you’re in Hot Springs, don’t miss this place - but dine in for the full experience but limited space though. ”

“ Excellent seafood and catfish. French fries are awesome even the tartar sauce was outstanding. Service was quick, and friendly. There are tables inside and picnic tables outside. There's a walk up window for quick orders if you don't want to eat inside. It was really clean. Parking only has a few spots but finding a space was easy. ”
